Planning application lodged for student accommodation in Waterford
A planning application for the construction of purpose built student accommodation in Waterford City has been lodged with the local authority. Noel Frisby Construction Ltd. has submitted the application to Waterford Council which consists of 582 student bed spaces in 85 apartments across four blocks at a site near SETU at Kilbarry on the Cork Road.
Work well under way for new Bournemouth student accommodation
Approval was given late last year to convert the abandoned Old Christchurch Road building into 129 premium en-suite student bedrooms. Property development firm Carve Developments has said it hopes to get the accommodation up and running by the next academic year in September 2024.
