Period Projects Limited has submitted proposals to Southampton City Council for a new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in the conurbation. The proposed redevelopment is located on an industrial site in the Southampton suburbs at 346, 350 and 352 Burgess Road in Swaythling.

Several existing buildings have already been demolished on the site, whilst numerous older and architecturally interesting elements have been retained and will be sympathetically incorporated into the new scheme, which will comprise 76 studio rooms.
