£9m deal agreed to fund acquisition and refurbishment of student accommodation
Specialist property lender Leumi UK has provided Patron Capital, in a joint venture with Curation Capital, both based in London, with the facility loan to fund the acquisition and refurbishment of Ladybarn House, an established 117-bed scheme in Fallowfield.
University of Iowa lists 1,000-student dorm for $45M
The University of Iowa is asking $45 million for a dorm that houses more than 1,000 students. Selling the building is part of the university’s five-year plan to improve student housing, which includes renovating two existing dorms and building a new one on the east side of the Iowa City campus.
