Global Student Housing has landed a $28 million construction loan for Global Student Housing College Station, a 339-bed student housing property in College Station, Texas. Arriba Capital provided the development financing for the project.

In order to build a mixed-use, 508-bed student housing complex by 2026, Clark University in Worcester plans to demolish and rebuild an entire block of Main Street in the Main South neighborhood in 2024, including three historic structures and a number of businesses.

A former Lincoln police station dubbed the Ryvita building is expected to be sold "in the coming months", says the crime commissioner.
