As Pasco and the Tri-Cities continues to grow, the need for more student housing at Columbia Basin College has never been more apparent. Columbia Basin College recently submitted recent plans to construct a new $28 million residential building at the southwest corner of Argent Road and 20th Avenue.

The Cook Labor Government has named Oceania Capital Group and Erben Place Pty Ltd as the preferred developers for three of the final land parcels within the Perth City Link project.

A new, privately run student residence is to be built directly opposite the university. The project company "The Student Park-Essen" from Halle an der Saale (Saxony-Anhalt) wants to build a complex with more than 300 residential units on the site of the former St. Mary's Church on the corner of Segeroth and Hans-Böckler-Straße (B224). Furnished 20-square-meter apartments are planned, which will be rented for 285 euros plus additional costs. "Because the project is funded by the Landesbank, this rent is definitely possible," says project manager Torsten Wacker.

Penn State will partner with a private developer for a new 1,500-bed housing project to accommodate planned enrollment growth at the University Park campus.

MSU Denver does not have its own housing options for students who want to live on campus, but soon that will change.  James Mejia, the chief strategy officer at MSU Denver, said a new development project will bring both student housing and workforce housing to Auraria Campus as early as 2027.

The Scion Group has acquired a portfolio consisting of 14 student housing assets for $893 million along with unnamed institutional investors.

AUBURN, AL - Muinzer, a leading private equity firm specializing in student housing, announced the off-market acquisition of Samford Square near Auburn University. Samford Square consists of 752 student housing beds that are 100% leased for the August 2024 school year.

The residences are student apartments located directly across from the National Gallery of Denmark. It’s an iconic building - not only due to its architecture and location but also because of its history as the former headquarters of the Danish State Railways (DSB).The DIS Foundation (Danish Institute for Study Abroad), which has purchased the property, intends to use it for the foundation's own students.
