Nido Living has entered the Italian market with a forward purchase of over 600 student beds in Milan’s Sesto San Giovanni district, partnering with Prelios SGR and Hines to develop a landmark 18-storey PBSA scheme scheduled for completion in mid-2027.

Nido Living, backed by CPP Investments, has acquired Scalo Vallino, a 402-bed PBSA development in Turin’s San Salvario district, through a forward funding agreement with developer Taurus, with completion expected by mid-2027.
