Located on the corner of the pedestrianised Linthorpe Road and Blocklow Street, near the A66, developers have been granted planning permission to sub-divide the ground floor of 11-13 Linthorpe Road into two retail units, along with alterations to the shopfront.

A vacant office building in the centre of Cardiff will be demolished to make way for a 706 bed student accommodation scheme following a £8.7m acquisition. Picton Property Income has sold the vacant Longcross Court office building to Fusion Group, a leading (PBSA) developer.
