Beaufort Capital has completed a facility to fund the development of a new PBSA development in Glasgow city centre. The client is a highly experienced residential and commercial developer.

Construction begins this month on a $180 million student-housing complex, Cobblestone Village Residence, at Tennessee State University to help alleviate the school's housing shortage.

Construction has started on a multi-million pound student housing development in Edinburgh. The project, which comes from S Harrison, will see 65 energy-efficient studio rooms built. The development will also include a multimedia room, gym, break out space, cycle storage and courtyard.
