Northern Ireland Investment Fund hits £100m with £21.3m loan for new student accommodation in Belfast

The Northern Ireland Investment Fund has provided a £21.3m loan to Bridges Fund Management and Rok Property to fund the development of a 307-bedroom purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) development in central Belfast.
