Staffordshire University Student Village contract notice launched

The Contract Notice for Staffordshire University’s Student Village project has been launched. The university are seeking a partner to design, build, finance and operate c. 700 highly sustainable new student beds and c. 300 refurbished ones on its Stoke-on-Trent campus.
