Beachrock has been instructed to sell Ash Grove Court, a 99-bedroom purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) asset adjacent to the University of Surrey Stag Hill Campus, for £18m. The bid deadline is 5pm on Wednesday 7 May 2025.
