$45 million international student housing complex in Myrtle Beach almost complete

A $45 million international student housing project is almost complete and city officials said it’s right on time. This complex is located at the corner of Robert Grissom Parkway and Mr. Joe White Avenue. It’s been less than a year since Myrtle Beach City Council approved this J-1-housing complex.
