Glasgow ‘needs 22,000 student beds’ to address supply and demand imbalance

Edinburgh is also experiencing a considerable shortfall needing an additional 17,000 beds to cater to students within the city. Savills analysed the PBSA market across 20 of the UK’s largest student cities, containing more than 1.3 million full-time students and circa 500,000 operational beds.
