In a strategic move to address student housing needs, Conestoga College has broadened its real estate portfolio in Waterloo. The former Inn of Waterloo, following renovations, is expected to house up to 300 students. Meanwhile, the additional properties at 400 Albert Street and 419 Hazel Street will add 155 beds to the college’s housing inventory.
