Office block could be demolished to make way for 700 student flats

An office block in Southampton city centre could be knocked down and replaced with hundreds of flats for students. Moda Living wants to deliver the major redevelopment of the Commercial Point site at 69 to 81 Commercial Road, a stone’s throw from the Mayflower Theatre.
