Morehead naming student housing Prefontaine Hall after multimillion-dollar gift

MSU is building a $38 million, 80,000-s.f. residence hall that will house 310 students across four floors. A groundbreaking ceremony was held in October 2024 and construction is currently underway with occupancy expected in spring 2026.
