Miami company lends $30 million to refinance student housing complex near Williams-Brice Stadium

Mortgage lender BridgeInvest has invested $30 million into the refinancing of The Rowan, an apartment complex at 1051 Southern Drive marketed toward college students, according to a release from the company.
