A purpose-built student accommodation building providing almost 320 bedspaces could be built in Birmingham if plans are approved at committee next week. Lavender Property Group is seeking planning permission for the construction of a five- and six-storey block at 70-73 Cecil Street and 86 Cliveland Street, Newtown.
