Plans to replace an Edinburgh bingo hall with hundreds of student rooms have been submitted to Edinburgh Council. The plans would see 201 student rooms created, and would “regenerate” the area – which sits just off Leith Walk. Developers hope to embrace the “unique character” of the structure.
