McAleer & Rushe awarded contract to build new student accommodation scheme next to Liverpool’s Chinatown

Co Tyrone developer McAleer & Rushe has been awarded a contract to build a new student accommodation project in Liverpool. The company will redevelop the site of a former Chinese supermarket, next to the city’s Chinatown, into 420 purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) units.
