Clyde riverside regeneration project to include 400 homes and student accommodation

Regeneration specialist Summix Capital has submitted a planning application to deliver a mixed-use development on a brownfield site at Central Quay, Glasgow. The proposed regeneration will deliver more than 400 homes for private sale and provide additional student accommodation in the city.
