A real estate fund manager has struck a deal to acquire a student accommodation development of more than 600 units from Coventry University with a view to refurbishing the site. Set on a 4.8-acre site four-minutes’ walk north of the university campus, Singer Hall consists of 621 non-ensuite rooms and six studios. It has been purchased by Frogmore and will be refurbished and managed by specialist student accommodation provider, The Mansion Group.
