Guelph council gets first look at latest pitch to build student housing at Stone and Gordon

Developers are looking to build a residence for post-secondary students, ranging between six and 11 storeys in height with 532 units and a total of 1,149 bedrooms. There are also plans for a 90-square-metre café on the ground floor.
