Pre-application proposals from Quarry Hill Developments Ltd, supported by ID Planning, will be presented to Leeds City Council’s City Plans Panel on 3 November 2022. The plans are for Block D of the SoYo scheme, a major mixed-use development with the wider Quarry Hill site.
