The University of Cincinnati (UC) Board of Trustees (BOT) on Tuesday approved $78.5 million for the construction of Siddall Hall set to begin in January 2023.
The dormitory was previously allocated $6.5 million for the preconstruction design process in August 2021. With the additional funds dedicated to the building’s construction, the project hit its guaranteed maximum price tag.
