Sale of student housing community at the University of Mississippi closes

JLL Capital Markets announced that it has closed the sale of the 816-bed / 300-unit The Connection at Oxford located on the campus of the University of Mississippi. JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Trimont Real Estate Advisors LLC. Heritage Properties acquired the asset.
