The virtual learning technology Engageli is being introduced to Coventry University designed to support active learning and deeper peer-to-peer collaboration in online classes.

The platform was created to mimic the traditional classroom allowing for high-quality, small group learning. Engageli’s design had input from all levels of the education ecosystem from staff and learning specialists, to systems engineers.

Features such as anonymous questions, group collaboration outside of the main class and interactive tools like polls and quizzes further drive engagement.

The move speaks to the growing desire to shape the future of education and find the best teaching environment to provide high quality education and positive learning outcomes.

There is high demand for cutting-edge technology and innovative learning practices in higher education, areas in which Coventry University feel they’ve now got a strong head start.
