Plans to demolish a central London petrol station and replace it with towers up to 29 storeys high to house hundreds of university students have been “supported in principle” by City Hall.

Beachrock has listed the Walnut Tree Close purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development site in Guildford, Surrey. The planning consent is for a mix of different accommodation types made up of 268 (78%) en-suite cluster bedrooms and 77 studio bedrooms (22%).
