Scape secures funding for new student scheme
Scape has secured NatWest support to create a 135-bed site in Canada Water. Due to complete in August 2026, the new homes will sit alongside an existing 778-bed student accommodation scheme, also operated by Scape, which will be refinanced as part of the deal.
