The strategy will be led by Rosethorn CEO Stephen Rigby, who brings more than ten years’ experience in PBSA. Rigby was a founder and chief investment officer at Student Roost which was acquired by GIC and Greystar in 2022 for £3.34 bn (€3.9 bn).

Colorado School of Mines has started building five apartment buildings in Mines Park, which is along 19th Street west of U.S. Highway 6.
