Aspen Group Limited has purchased 81 student apartments near Deakin University’s Burwood campus. The c24 square metre Burwood dwellings are each costing $100,000.

Plans to turn a former Glasgow nightclub into student accommodation have been revealed. Real estate investor CA Ventures has announced proposals to redevelop the Archaos site on Queen Street, which has lain empty since 2007.

The proposed development on the corner of West Bell Street and Ward Road will provide 417 student rooms across six floors and feature a cinema and gym.
