Altrincham-based property group, Vita Group, has extended its agreement with Spanish real estate developer, Metrovacesa, at the Oria Innovation Campus project, a student accommodation scheme in Madrid, securing the development of approximately half of the entire complex.

A developer has proposed building 376 student rooms and 52 affordable homes behind East Dulwich station. Named ‘The Sidings’, the development on Railway Rise, currently the site of a builder’s merchants yard, would also provide 700m2 of light industrial and affordable workspace.
