Purdue University Fort Wayne on Monday announced plans for a nearly $100 million apartment complex on the university’s North Campus. The project is part of a public-private partnership with construction and real estate development company Gilbane.

CapitaLand Ascott Trust (CLAS) has acquired the remaining 10% stake in Standard at Columbia, a freehold student accommodation property in South Carolina, USA. The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) yield on total development cost is expected to be approximately 7%.

Plans to redevelop The Hotspur Press have been approved by Manchester City Council yesterday (Thursday 30 May). The scheme – brought forward by Manner – was unanimously approved by the Planning Committee following the submission of updated plans in April this year.
