Final plans for a £60 million student accommodation development in Glasgow have been submitted.

PLANS have been submitted to build accommodation for more than 600 students in Finnieston.

GNA has submitted a planning application for Study Inn’s latest student accommodation development, located on Frederick Road in Edgbaston. The project will feature around 240 student rooms, offering a mix of social and studio-style accommodations.

Molyneux Developments got the green light for its 99-bed student accommodation project at Gildart Street, as did Sinergy’s bid to complete a 138-home project that stalled after a fire in January.

It will be delivered for the 2026/27 academic year, serving University of Nottingham students, after planning permission was granted in May 2023.
