Owner and operator of PBSA – Scape Australia – has become the first in the sector to achieve a world-leading 6 Star Green Star Design and As Built (v1.3) rating by the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA).

New Delhi: Delhi-based student housing start-up Stanza Living has raised $10 million in a Series A round led by venture capital firm Sequoia Capital, co-founder Anindya Dutta said in an interview.

UC-Campus West consists of six accommodation complexes offering 207 apartments along with common areas for kitchen and bathroom amenities, lounge spaces, and various indoor and outdoor recreational facilities.

CBRE’s latest Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) Index has reported total returns of 9.8% for the sector in the year to September 2024. According to CBRE UK’s Monthly Index, total returns for all commercial property were 3.5% over the same period, indicating PBSA has now outperformed all commercial property for three consecutive years.
