Toronto Metropolitan University will build a 21-storey student residence at 100 Bond St. near Dundas St. E., adding over 1,370 beds and more than doubling its current housing capacity of 1,144 beds; the residence is expected to open in 2030.

Georgia Southern University will assume full control of housing operations on the Armstrong Campus starting next semester, taking over services previously managed by Corvias Campus Living, including room assignments, resident programming, and maintenance.

Emory University has launched Phase II of “The Ridge,” its on-campus graduate student housing project, adding 383 beds to the existing 535, with completion expected in summer 2027 to address the shortage of graduate housing near campus.
