MRP NUH Ltd, a development company associated with McAleer & Rushe, has been granted approval by Belfast City Council Planning Committee and elected members for a £80m purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Belfast city centre.

WUKPG has sold the 136-studio Tatton House on Hathersage Road on behalf of a syndicate of Chinese investors. Empiric Student Property has bought the purpose-built student accommodation scheme for £19.75m.

Northern Michigan University is getting closer to opening up more student housing. The university and a contractor approved the construction plan for new apartments. The two buildings will be located on both sides of Presque Isle Avenue.
