An disused building in Derby City Centre, which has been vacant for years, will finally undergo a transformation into student accommodation. The property at 10-14 St. Helen’s Street used to be an industrial warehouse but has remained unused.

Capstone Development Partners and Boaz Ventures plan to break ground on a $60 million student housing property adjacent to University of Alabama Huntsville (UAH) in October. Located at 4315 Holmes Ave. NW near the UAH Campus Recreation Center, the community, dubbed Nexus on Holmes, will be a four-story, 249-unit property with a mix of one-, two- and four-bedroom apartments.

ASK4 today announced that GI Partners, a leading investor in critical data infrastructure businesses, has signed a definite agreement to acquire the company from Bowmark Capital. ASK4 will be GI Partners’ first data infrastructure investment in Europe.
