London-based purpose-built student flats developer Danehurst Development Ltd is looking to build a 4-5 storey block building containing 234 flats on the site of the former Turnbull’s Mazda dealership at 17-27 Layerthorpe.

A vacant inner-city site is set to be transformed into a multi-storey student accommodation complex housing up to 540 people.

Plans to build a 28-storey student accommodation building in Cardiff city centre have been given the go-ahead.
