A student accommodation block in Worcester has been put on the market with commercial property agency Bond Wolfe for offers over £3m. Sansome Hall at 1 Sansome Walk in the town centre has 83 spacious en suite bedrooms and a warden’s flat across five storeys.

Horizon Realty Advisors has sold The Flats at Norman, a 204-unit, 612-bed student housing community in Norman, Okla. Cardinal Group Investments acquired the asset for $31.4 million, financing the purchase with a $23.3 million loan from Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., according to Yardi Matrix information.
