The Tailwind Group has acquired Reserve on West 31st, a 192-unit, 720-bed student housing community in Lawrence, Kan. Arizona State Retirement System previously owned the asset serving the University of Kansas, according to Yardi Matrix information.

A high profile student development in the heart of Limerick City, which had been tied up in delays because of appeals, has been granted planning permission by An Bord Pleanála.

The Travelodge Resort Darwin at 64 Cavenagh Street in Darwin City comprises 224 rooms, including 32 townhouses, and resort amenities that include five swimming pools, the Treetops Restaurant, conference and events facilities, gymnasium, sun deck and barbecue area, and 115 carparking spaces. Student accommodation developer Fusion Students has submitted a full planning application to redevelop a prominent site in Cardiff into a student accommodation scheme of more than 700 beds. The proposed site at Longcross Court, on 47 Newport Road, is close to the city centre and currently occupied by a red-brick building.
