CBRE puts Yugo’s Berkeley Street PBSA on the market
Property consultancy CBRE, on behalf of global purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) operator Yugo, has brought a PBSA scheme in Melbourne to the market. The Yugo Berkeley Street development opened in April 2019 and has been operational since 2020.
