Greystar has acquired land for a student housing development in Ivry-sur-Seine, in the Paris suburbs, as part of its pan-European residential strategy. Swansea University has selected true student to be its official accommodation partner in a three-year deal. The deal will see the university channel 550 of its students to the riverside true Swansea complex each year.
