Construction Launches on Student Housing at Cal State Northridge

C.W. Driver Companies has begun construction on a 198-bed student housing complex at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Once completed for opening in Fall 2025, the $55.7-million project will add two four-story buildings, which will include housing, engagement spaces, student lounges, and space for large-scale programming, to the 365-acre campus.
