Patron Capital, the pan-European institutional investor, has bought B16, a 136-bed purpose built student accommodation scheme in Birmingham on behalf of its joint venture with Curation Capital, a London-based investment manager that invests in and manages student accommodation, co-living, private residential and flexible offices.
