Oakland University (OU) and Oakland Community College (OCC) are collaborating on a pilot program that will allow OCC students to enjoy the benefits of living on the OU campus this fall while still taking classes at the nearby community college.

Linden Hill - Capital Assets - SPW is seeking full planning permission for the conversion and extension of Maple House, 150 Corporation Street, a 1960s five-storey office building with retail use on the ground floor. A total of 383 bed spaces would be provided, including a mix of cluster spaces and studios.
