The GSL Index operates two major survey ‘waves’ in Europe – an Entry wave (autumn) and an Exit wave (spring).

While most awards are based on scores gathered in the spring, these two awards are based on student feedback gathered in the autumn, while memories of the pre-arrival and arrival experience are fresh.

Finalists in all other categories will be published in June with the winners of all categories announced at the GSL Awards ceremony in October.
