- Moorfield Group and Tiger Developments have formed a joint venture to deliver a 204-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme in Bristol, funded by Moorfield Real Estate Fund V and managed by Host, with Watkin Jones appointed as delivery and contracting partner.
- The £60 million development is part of Bristol’s Temple Quarter regeneration, a major 135-hectare project set to create 10,000 homes and 22,000 jobs, located opposite the University of Bristol’s £500 million Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus, which supports education and innovation.
- Designed by Chapman Taylor, the scheme targets high environmental standards including EPC A rating and BREEAM Excellent, incorporating PV panels and district heating, and aims to meet growing student demand in Bristol with completion planned for the 2027 academic year.
