• The refurbishment includes self-contained en-suite bedrooms with kitchenettes, extensive amenity spaces such as a gym, study rooms, and a flexible communal area, alongside essential external works like roof replacement and stonework repairs to preserve the listed building.
• The project involves a multi-disciplinary design team and supports Glasgow’s urban regeneration, enhancing proximity to the University of Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian University while expanding Clark Contracts’ student accommodation portfolio in central Scotland.
