Curitiba-based developers ALTMA and HIEX have begun construction of B41: the first student housing condominium in Paraná. After the containment, the construction is now in the foundation stage. The project, which will be built across from the Curitiba campus of PUCPR (Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná), will exclusively serve the university housing model.
